Own the pipeline. You build and run a corporate sales pipeline the way a B2B SaaS team would: defined target accounts, structured outreach, qualification, proposal, close — and a well-kept CRM that decisions can rest on. Your customers are CFOs, CEOs and CPOs of investment-grade businesses from €50 million in revenue.
Sell substance. LS finances complex asset-based projects combining multiple asset groups and vendors. You learn the mechanics well enough to explain them to a CFO in ten minutes and to know when a deal does not fit.
Drive customer events. You plan and run our event programme: CFO round tables, partner breakfasts, presence at finance conferences. You decide the format, the guest list and the follow-up — and you measure what each event produced.
Work the partner channel. You develop relationships with vendors, system integrators, debt advisors and PE sponsors who bring us into their deals.
Shape the offer. Feedback from your conversations reaches the owners directly and shapes what we finance and how. You are the market's voice in the room.
- Sound experience steering complex B2B sales processes at C-level — ideally in financial services, leasing, B2B SaaS or a comparable consultative sale with a six-figure ticket.
- You read a balance sheet and a P&L, and you can hold a conversation with a CFO about working capital and financing structure without a slide deck.
- You enjoy hosting: bringing customers and partners into a room and running the evening — and you have done it with results.
- Structured and self-directed, comfortable with a long sales cycle and a short feedback loop.
- German fluent enough to present to a board and negotiate a contract (verhandlungssicher), plus fluent English.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Munich. Willingness to travel — where personal contact makes the difference.
You do not tick every box? Apply anyway. We are interested in how you build relationships and close — not in whether every line matches.
